i have DoD:S, havent played in over 2 years by now though, steam would take a day to update.

Im a beassttt at css i used to play CAL and tourneys with my team but i havent played like in about 1 month so im rustyyy

I will probably get it next year, my parents are strict with game ratings. They are the parents who are like "omg omg omg omg I it's too violent, blah blah blah. >.< it gets annoying, but at least they are getting better. So yea next year I will have the game.

LMAO I am lucky.. I am able to play games like Doom 3 and Halo, yet for the whole time of my life, I couldn't play GTA games.. since they were considered BAAD

I played any game I wanted to. My parents knew they wouldnt stop me or affect me really. Not like I'm going to kill a hooker.

rofl in the 5th grade i'm at my house playing grand theft auto with a friend on the PS2 and my mom walks in when my friend shot a hooker in the boob and that black blood comes out and she's like WTF IS THAT.

i just bought it today !!!!! w00t lol, ill be playing with you guys on my mom's business laptop evenings once more! lol until i get a laptop for college or build a new desktop. then itll be forever and ever and ever...

It's way too late to start anything for CSS for tournaments or stuff like that. I would focus on games to come like Global Agenda.

Back in Vietnam, around the time GTA Hue came out, I was but a Lance Corporal in the Marine Corps. I played that game a lot with Bubba, Richardson, and Former Presidential Candidate John Kerry. John got the Purple Heart about 50 times in that game, he sucked. A lot. But after we played that game and the Hue Offensive began, we just killed everybody with Vietnamese features in sight, ran a drug cartel, stole every car we could possibly steal and take back Hue for the Italians, who out of nowhere said they lost it to the VietCong. We did it. When we got back, we started playing GTA Baghdad with each other online and we all believed that we were in Baghdad and when we walked out of our homes, we saw Saddam as every person. After killing my 15th Saddam, I began to realize I wasn't killing Saddam and that these games were affecting my life. I let my friends from 'Nam know and they agreed. We stopped palying GTA games ever since. The End.

Boxing Day (Dec 26th)


I go to EB Games to pick up L4D,LBP and Rainbow Six Vegas (only a total of 70 dollars. WHAT A DEAL!).Standing in line for about 20 minutes when turn around to look at a poster and notice the 8 year old behind me is holding Gears Of War and Grand Theft Auto 4. Hes got his dad with him,his dads about 50+ so he doesnt know much about these games.So I turn back around and 2 minutes later i hear from behind me "Ok dad when we get to the counter and they ask you if you know what this ESRB Thing means, just tell them yes and leave it at that".So at that point I turn around and say "Sir, you might want to look at the Rating box.I dont think you should let your kid play that". He completely ignored me.So I get up to the counter and they got 3 people as cashiers. So I start paying for them and the 8 year old gets up to the cash beside me. The look on the cashiers face was PRICELESS. He just looks at the games,Looks at the kid,looks behind him at his boss.


Cashier : "Sir are you buying these games for you or your son ?

Dad with a confused look : "My son,is there a problem ?"

Cashier : Well sir, these games are rated M which means that their content is mature

Dad: Well im still buying them for him

Boss steps in: "Sir i'm not sure you understand. You can kill hookers in that game *points at GTA*

Kid: My dad wants to buy me these games

Boss: Sorry sir,I cannot sell you GTA4 knowing that your son is going to be playing it

While what the cashier did was illegal, I totally approve of his action. The father is a dumbass. The 8 year old would have raised hell online. I would have found his address and killed him.

Lol.EB Games/Gamestop employees have been informed that whenever there is a child/teenager under 17 buying a M rated game the parent with them has to be informed of the ESRB rating and why its rated that.Otherwise they can/have been sued.
